Egg Heist
When the timer hits 0, the chicken holding the Golden Egg wins.
That is the entire game. Everything else — the dashing, the bonking, the tornado, the eagle — exists to make those sixty seconds ridiculous.
Sixty seconds, one egg
A round is short enough that losing never stings and you immediately want another one.
Everyone runs at the egg
The Golden Egg starts dead centre, exactly the same distance from every chicken. The scramble decides who gets the first grab.
Everyone chases you
Holding the egg makes you glow, and slightly slower. Every other chicken now has one job, and it involves running directly into you.
BONK
A well-timed dash knocks the egg loose. It bounces, rolls and is fair game again. Repeat until the horn.
And then the farm interferes
Every dozen seconds or so something ridiculous happens. Events shove chickens around and create openings — they never hand anyone the egg, and they stop before the final seconds so no round is decided by luck.
Crosses the arena and drags everything towards its eye. Excellent for breaking up a camper.
The ground turns to butter for a few seconds. Traction becomes a fond memory.
Snatches whoever has the egg and drops them somewhere unhelpful. The egg pops loose on the way up.
Decoy eggs everywhere. Only one of them wins you the round. Good luck.
Chickens fall from the sky and bounce off everything, including you.
Sweeps a lane clean across the arena. Be somewhere else.
